In Anderson and Muncie, four people have been accussed of arson. They have purchased low priced homes, acquired home owners insurance, then caught their houses on fire. They make the fires look accidental and the collect the insurance money. Officials do not want to comment on the case because it is ongoing. The four could face up to 20 years in prision and a fine of up to 250,000 dollars.
